Yes we deliver businesses within a 50 mile radius of our location in Omaha, Nebraska including all of  Lincoln, Nebraska. (No residential delivery) We also ship all nationwide!

Does American Auto Parts ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the US, however we are happy to prepare a shipment for you, boxing/skidding it up so the auto parts inside are safe, and you can send us a bill of lading or shipping documents to put with the package and ship it internationally.

We purchase quality cars and test our parts as best we can. We do stand behind them with a warranty to guarantee them in case you have any problems. Please see our warranty policy for details.

What is your return policy?

All parts are returnable within 30 days of their purchase but are subject to a restocking charge. 20% Restock fee for in house items and 25% Restock fee for items shipped in. Our parts are subject to the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.

What parts does an engine assembly come with?

Our engine assemblies come standard with the engine block, all internally lubricated parts, cylinder heads, valve covers, the oil pan, intake manifold, and timing cover(s). Many items may be included on the engine free of charge for exchange convenience but they are not warrantied with the engine and may need to be replaced with the original accessories on your original engine. Accessories such as the distributor, engine mounts, exhaust manifold(s), coil pack(s), throttle body, compressor, starter, alternator, wiring harnesses. All fluid, seals, gaskets, etc. must be replaced according to the warranty policy to validate the warranty.

If I use Used or Aftermarket parts on my car will it void the factory warranty on my vehicle?

Absolutely not. Based on government rulings, the use of aftermarket parts or used original equipment (OEM) parts will not void new car warranties.
